I will face whatever Comes!!

What does the following question raise for you – What if I didn’t have to prepare to be present? Danielle LaPorte also suggests to do these three things in her book White HOt truth:

  1. Identify where you are already meeting with spirit in your life
  2. It’s important what you call your practice
  3. There is no competition
  4. Remember , it’s about ongoing practice , not permanency

Over my years I have meditated, taken a Buddhist name, done Landmark for seven years, ran marathons in Australia and Russia, but I like this summation by Danielle:

Even with steady devotion to your growth, your practices will ebb and flow. Some days you’re going to be riding high, dancing to merge with Shiva himself, or fasting to feel the pulse of the higher realms. other days , you’re just doing what it takes to not feel like shit.

So what are your life affirming practicing and what do the wise ones say about it, Lets have a look:

laq1

1. I once wrote the statement that we all have the same 24 hours in the day as Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela and Mother Teresa. Some people thanked me and others went apeshit. Where do you hold the truth in the above quote?

laq2

2. If you have had a bad day, you always have the opportunity to rise afresh: All I Ask.

laq3

3. Beauty is not attained by outer work like plastic surgery, it is purely inner work.

laq4

4. Who and What and Where you are is exactly where you are meant to be, how could it be different. Accept this and your life will become a whole lot easier: Who You Are.

laq5

5. This image seems to be of someone walking on water, rise up and you can do that.

laq6

6. Some people say we choose our parents before we start to live our lives, if this is true we are definitely strong enough to get through the bit after birth: Strong Enough.

laq7

7. That simple smile, thank you or words of gratitude can change a life, and you may never know.

laq8

8. With a heart to inspire single women to live their best lives and to never, ever settle, Mandy cuts to the heart of the matter with her inspirational, straight-talking, witty, and often wildly humorous take on life and love. She’s also not afraid to talk about the many realities of being single in a world that still asks “And WHY are you still single: Happiness is an Inside Job.

laq9.jpeg

9. When I was a child I loved my magical friends, the education told me they weren’t real. Now I’m discovering that probably this was not true.

laq10

10. They say that when it becomes too hard, the place to go to heal, is the music that enlivens us, I agree: I’ve got the Music in Me.

laq11

11. Worship what you love and Love the way you worship. Failure does not mean your dreams are dead.

laq12

12. Quite a life affirming belief from Kanye West. Could you think this, or even say it. Mohammed Ali, move over: Stronger.

laq13

13. let go of the non life affirming things in your life, you will feel like you have lost kilograms of weight.

laq14

14. The affirmation queen, Louise Hay began her literary career at the age of 50. So do not give up on what affirms you in your life just because it hasn’t happened yet: Flowing Life.

laq15

15. Remember in life affirming practices laughter is the best medicine.

Womens circles have existed for millennia, mens circles similar to King Arthur’s Round Table are returning. We find it impossible to be aware all the time, be your kind of devotee, your light chaser.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

Do you know who you Are?

I am about to begin my journey as a Sacred Love Workshop leader. I came up with the concept on the dance floor at Mojo Dance one night when I looked around and noticed that most of the people would go home alone but that they were all beautiful people and deserved so much more. About half an hour later the term Sacred Love came to me, and the concept that we had stopped being vulnerable with each other and telling each other our sacred stories.

I am still reading Daring Greatly, up to the section on vulnerability, the true caring and feeding of our spirits. Lets open up the board on vulnerability:

vul1

1. Declaring herself as a poet and a woman in progress, Raquel Franco in her book of poetry Keep me Wild delves deeply into the bravery it takes to be vulnerable.

vul2

2. I had to choose carefully so I didn’t end up with 15 Brene Brown quotes on vulnerability, but I like the simplicity of this one: You are so Beautiful.

vul3

3. Considered an important figure in postmodern literature. Steven Poole of The Guardian praised Murakami as “among the world’s greatest living novelists” for his works and achievements. I love his cure.

vul4

4. How many years do we forget this for between the openness of our childhood to having it be OK again: Vulnerable.

vul5

5. I have a new friend tell me about her twin sisters death a month after I met her. I asked her why she had told me. She said that she felt she could trust me with anything.

vul6

6. In my Sacred Love workshop you will practice declaring you weaknesses and your strengths for each chakra: When you Believe.

vul7

7. We must never forget the shadow as well as the light, we need to go to both places to free our vulnerability.

vul8

8. Open your heart the whole way, the most courageous act a human being can partake in: Open Your Heart.

vul9

9. They say masked balls are the epitome of High Society. Myself, I reckon an unmasking ball would be a much more inviting evening.

vul10

10. I don’t understand these modern gurus who make you pay thousands of dollars to yell and scream for a weekend as a way to be empowered when the above is what connects people and turns you into a leader: Thank U.

vul11

11. In the classic relationship movie Who’s afraid of Virginia Woolf, this quote is lived out on the screen . It was nominated for 23 awards.

vul12

12. From Avatar, the classic scene: I see You, do you have the courage to say it to your loved ones and friends: I See You.

vul13

13. One of the great paradoxes of life, if we withhold our trust of others we never reach the plateau of Love and Joy.

vul14

14. I wonder what the tipping point is for reversing this situation for the planet, the Dalai Lama is working on it: Unconditionally.

vul15

15. Finally use all of it.

The quest is to know yourself first and then this will allow others to reveal themselves to you.

Namaste until next time, my  dear friends.

Nature is pleased with Simplicity!

Sometimes we feel that we have just reconnected with a truth we’ve always known and that if we could just know more about it, our life would be delightful and rich. I call it reconnection with your soul. It takes letting go of many of the things that clutter our lives in the hectic busyness of the modern world.

How do you reconnect with those simple things that used to please you as a child? Let’s have a look at what the world has to say about it:

rec

1. One way I find works is to reconnect and recommit to my core values, as Zig Ziglar, the iconic business coach says we can begin again and make a new ending.

rec2

2. I ran into a friend I had not seen for five years in a hat shop in Leningrad. What reconnection brownie points were taking place for this to happen: Fate.

rec3

3. From one of the world’s greatest philosophers, Master Unknown comes a beautiful quote about how and why we reconnect.

rec5

4. Throw out those judgments and the chance of reconnection being able to come to the fore is much more prevalent: Connection.

rec4

5. Laurie Colwin (June 14, 1944 – October 24, 1992) was an American writer who wrote five novels, three collections of short stories and two volumes of essays and recipes. She was known for her portrayals of New York society and her food columns in Gourmet magazine. This is great advice she is offering.

rec6

6. This quote is a recipe for reconnection with our souls, I think it is essential: One Human Race.

rec7

7. I have a special one of these, a mate I met at a retreat four years ago, Michael, you rock my soul.

rec8

8. Beautiful image for a beautiful practice: The Best of Me.

rec9

9. How did we survive with these relatively new words that have been added to our dictionaries? What’s a dictionary, is that spellcheck or google it?

10. Co-founder of the online sensation, The Huffington Post. Arianna points to the power of meditation and contemplation in reconnecting with our inner selves: Beautiful.

rec11

11. the opening lines from the all-time classic song, The Sounds of Silence. We need to reconnect with all of us for it to truly work out.

rec12

12. Go for it, email me the results to rod.williams13 @gmail.com: Never Grow Up.

rec13

13. How difficult is this living our distracted lives?

rec14

14. Wayne Walter Dyer (May 10, 1940 – August 29, 2015) was an American philosopher, selfhelp author, and a motivational speaker. His first book, Your Erroneous Zones (1976), is one of the best-selling books of all time, with an estimated 35 million copies sold to date: Make peace with your Ego.

rec15

15.And finally, remember to have a healthy relationship with this intrinsic part of your psyche.

It’s time you had an extraordinary relationship with your nature. Inner and outer, we need both.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

What a Miracle, What a Blessing!!

Were you blessed with living in a house where gratitude was a given or was it a premises where put-downs and teasing were more the norms? In these houses, it was often expected that the children growing up were expected to display behaviors, emotions and thinking patterns that had never been modeled. Gratitude is held in high esteem by virtually everyone, at all times, in all places. From ancient religious scriptures through modern social science research, gratitude is advanced as a desirable human characteristic with the capacity for making life better for oneself and for others. Though gratitude is associated with pleasantness and highly desirable life outcomes, it is certainly not an easy or automatic response to life situations. Resentment and entitlement often seem to come naturally. Individual personality flaws such as neuroticism or narcissism make it difficult to recognize the positive contributions of others. The very fact that gratitude is a virtue suggests that it must be deliberately cultivated.

So how has gratitude been expressed over the centuries, let’s go on that journey:

grat1

1. Sara Avant Stover, a teacher of feminine spirituality and empowerment and a yoga and meditation instructor, bestselling author, and inspirational speaker, is the founder of The Way of the Happy Woman: a worldwide community based on the teachings and practices in her bestselling books, The Way of the Happy Woman and The Book of SHE. As the creator of the world’s first Women’s Yoga Teacher Training, the online program Reversing Our “Curse,” and The SHE School, Sara has taught tens of thousands of women worldwide. She has been featured in Yoga Journal, the Huffington Post, Newsweek, and Natural Health and on ABC, NBC, and CBS. Sara’s teachings, writings, programs, and communities support women of all ages to place the Heroine’s Journey at the heart of their lives. She teaches on feminine spirituality, lifestyle, healing, relationships, and more. Sara lives, hikes, writes, and dances with mystery in Boulder, Colorado. These thousands of women are very grateful for Sara’s teachings.

grat2

2. This beautiful image caught my eye immediately. it reminded me of the facebook group I am a member The Daily Gratitude Space of, where hundreds of people choose to place what they are grateful for over the airwaves: Grateful.

grat3

3. I write one thing a day I am grateful for in my Desire Map Planner by Danielle LaPorte. Just one thing a day sees this happen for me.

grat4

4. Why you should be grateful fro what you have at this time is that you have worked for it. That’s how to get things, doing the work: Royals.

grat5

5. From the greatest quoted philosopher Anonymous comes the above classic pointing to that you need to take the actions of gratitude first.

grat6

6. That’s the place gratitude hits home, in our hearts: Beautiful.

grat7

7. perform an act of gratitude a day to a stranger and you may just transform the planet.

grat8

8. Who is this for you? Your parents, your lover, your children, your boss, your bestie? Go on do it, and make the difference: Stand Up.

grat9

9. The author of several transformational books, the latest being The Universe has Your Back, Gabby Bernstein trains people to be grateful for their lives and do great things with them. Read her books and check her website at https://gabbybernstein.com/

grat10

10. We all have lots of stuff, but often in this consumer driven society we search of more and forget that what we have has made us what we are. Remember this act of gratitude and you will free your life up expedientially : That’s just the Way It Is.

grat11.jpeg

11. There is a minimalist movement sweeping western society, here’s one thing they could take one.

grat12.jpeg

12. They don’t need to hear that I really appreciate what they did for me. Not!!!!!!!Speak Up.

grat13

13. This makes my soul shudder, how beautiful.

grat14

14. From Little Things, Big Things Grow, really only one song for this: From Little Things.

grat15

15. Melody Beattie is one of America’s most beloved self-help authors and a household name in addiction and recovery circles. Her international bestselling book, Codependent No More, introduced the world to the term “codependency” in 1986. Millions of readers have trusted Melody’s words of wisdom and guidance because she knows firsthand what they’re going through.

In her lifetime, she has survived abandonment, kidnapping, sexual abuse, drug and alcohol addiction, divorce, and the death of a child. “Beattie understands being overboard, which helps her throw bestselling lifelines to those still adrift,” said Time Magazine. This beautiful quote is an example of the power of her work.

So, as you may have picked up, I believe in the power of daily gratitude. I hope from reading this you join our band of merry pranksters.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

We are a work in progress!!

Disruptive Engagement – what does Brene Brown mean by that term: It’s quite long but worthwhile -To reignite creativity, innovation, and learning, leaders must re-humanize education and work. This means understanding how scarcity is affecting the way we lead and work, learning how to engage with vulnerability, and recognizing and combating shame. Make no mistake: honest conversations about vulnerability and shame are disruptive. The reason that we are not having these conversations in our organizations is that they shine the light in dark corners. Once there is language, awareness, and understanding, turning back is almost impossible and carries with it severe consequences. We all want to dare greatly. If you give us a glimpse into that possibility, we’ll hold on to it as our vision.

To me it is engagement through the community, accepting self-love and love of others and giving your identity up. The juice is from service to others. I put in engagement quotes to find pictures and got a whole lot of rings and vows of deep love so I changed it to committed engagement and these are what came up. Let’s journey:

eng1

1. Be responsible for your life, it’s your engagement and stand for what it is that creates the story that will be told after you have passed.

eng2

2. He really did look like an eccentric 60’s hippie philosopher. Alan Watts is quoted by humanists, community builders, and generally good people: Work and Play.

eng4

3. Doing Life – How do you do yours? Is it a joyous journey you wake up every morning screaming Yes!!!!!! Or is it a life of darkness?

eng5

4. Being silent is being busy if you planned it. I have many friends who have attended the 10-day Vispanna meditation retreat and said it was the hardest thing they had done and the best thing they had done all in the same breath: The Devil goes Down to Georgia.

eng6

5. How could you not choose this imagery and message, that’s why I said you need to give up your identity.

eng7

6. Engagement is a day to day adventure, make sure you do not wait to begin it: Alive.

eng8

7. Such a beautiful smile from a person who brings so much joy to the world. Can’t help but agree if you are fully engaged in loving your friends and family you are totally engaged in life.

eng9

8. Have you found a cause to sacrifice yourself into? They say it is the ultimate experience in your life. Parenthood is said to be this for many: Soul Sacrifice.

eng10

9. The Latter-day Saints base their religion on many hands engaged in a good cause> If you have ever been to Salt lake City you will never get lost as the first fifty streets around the temple are named Temple North, South , East and West.

eng11

10. I think it’s meant to be an anti-war slogan: The Universal Soldier.

eng12

11. Helen Keller definitely has the right to say this, I agree wholeheartedly.

eng13

12. Often people go and do self-development programs and get screamed out to go out and Do It Now, one big man being famous for it. Move at your own pace, its the only one you can: Piece of my Heart.

eng14

13. 7,000,000,000 unique folk battling a media who are trying to make you conform to fit a corrupted image of what it is to be human. Fight the good fight.

eng15

14. perhaps if we did this before doing it with a physical being there would not be so many of these: D.I.V.O.R.C.E.

eng16

15. There are heroes, and then there’s us, transforming the world one act at a time.

What you engage in will create your life. Think about that for a moment. Any change you want to make?

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

Team Work makes the Dream Work!!

I was cleaning up my apartment the other day when I found my old Synergy sticker. Synergy is an all night dance event that works because so many people put their time and efforts into making it work. Thats the definition of Synergy: the interaction or cooperation of two or more people, organisations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects: “the synergy between artist and record company”:

synonyms: collaboration · working together · joint action · combined effort · teamwork · mutual support · partnership · coopetition · coordination · liaison · association · unity · concurrence · concord · accord · understanding · give and take · compromise · dealings · relations · coaction.

It been realised for a very long time that synergy works, what have we said about it over this time, lets have a look:

syn1

1. Stephen Richards Covey (October 24, 1932 – July 16, 2012) was an American educator, author, businessman, and keynote speaker. His most popular book was The Habits of Highly Effective People. His other books include First Things FirstPrinciple-Centered LeadershipThe 7 Habits of Highly Effective FamiliesThe 8th Habit, and The Leader In Me — How Schools and Parents Around the World Are Inspiring Greatness, One Child at a Time. He was a professor at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University at the time of his death.

syn2

2. Another way of looking at synergy is to take all the natural brilliance of the people involved and mix them together and look at what pours out: Team.

syn3

3. How do we exploit all the advantages people have? Use synergy as the base for all enterprise I say.

syn4

4. si-nar-je , that for my Chinese english students. They would find the original spelling difficult: Rise.

syn5

5. James Bond AKA Pierce Brosnan was involved in a campaign that used the synergy a campaign brings to amend when the navy had their training exercises so that mass migrations were not affected.

syn6

6. Branson doesn’t merely say things like, “Screw it, just get on and do it.” He actually lives his life that way. He drops out of school and starts a business. He signs the Sex Pistols to his record label when everyone else says they are too controversial. He charters a plane when he doesn’t have the money. When everyone else balks or comes up with a good reason for why the time isn’t right, Branson gets started. He realises the power of synergy: Richard on People.

syn7

7. This is what may hold the creation of synergy back, thinking that you are not that. You don’t need to be. Someone else on your team will be.

syn8

8. Toba Beta is sci-fi writer from Indonesia. He works as economist/practitioner in Indonesia financial industries and capital market. He is dubbed as Mister Bond by Investor Magazine. He writes journals, novels, quotes and poems. This is quite a powerful quote: Open Book.

syn9

9. Love this quote, it expresses all that is positive about using synergy in your life.

syn10

10. I find it difficult to relate to people who attempt to split their personal and work life into two different aspects. They are all hours spent living int eh same day, the same lifetime: A Day in the Life.

syn11

11. Ou were you? I’m a proof reader by profession as well as a blogger. Just a little oops there.

syn12

12. This is a great way to relate to other in a situation that requires synergy to evolve: Karma.

syn13

13. I believe it also takes action, thoughts are fine, but no action equals nada, nothing, zip, etc. etc.

syn14

14. Isn’t this just so beautiful. A big Aww from me: Never let you Go.

syn15

15. Here’s another great definition of Synergy.

So I hope this helps you focus on your dreams and the power working with Synergy will bring to them.

Namaste until next time , my dear friends.

I will Play while Unleashing!!

Missed last Thursday, I was getting ready for a retreat I attended on the weekend called Unleashing the Dragon. It was with my mentor Arion Light through his Activation School. The school’s motto is What you Embody, You Create. It is body work that  revolutionises how you come alive, heal & create. Dropping mental force creating and instead taps into the power of creating from an awakened body and your inner essence.

The definition of unleashing has two meaning in the dictionary:

unleash –
  1. release (a dog) from a leash.
“they dig up badger setts and unleash terriers into them”
synonyms: let loose, release, free, set free, loose, unloose, unbridle, untie, untether, unchain, unbind, unshackle, unmanacle; More

    2. cause  force to be released or become unrestrained.
The latter was more what we were dealing with on the weekend although at times it felt like the former and my body is quite sore today.

So what does the world have to say about the noble art of unleashing, there are many derivatives so lets have a look at a few:

unleashing 1

1. For more than 40 years, Jim Rohn honed his craft like a skilled artist-helping people the world over sculpt life strategies that have expanded their imagination of what is possible. Those who had the privilege of hearing him speak can attest to the elegance and common sense of his material. It is no coincidence, then, that he is widely regarded as one of the most influential thinkers of our time, and thought of by many as a national treasure. He is famous for down to earth quotes as well.

unleashed1

2. Deep Inside You, many people got to discover this as they unleashed the dragon hiding in their caves. for some it was power, others rage, for some their sexuality and others their tenderness. Try a little Tenderness.

unleashed2

3. We actually saw people break through those fears that had been holding them back, an act of pure courage.

unleashed4

4. Things we do not confront build up pain in our bodies, it takes up more and more space unless you unleash it. Time to Start Over Again.

unleashed5

5. Sai Marie Johnson is a creative concept designer, graphics artist, activist writer, and author of several series. A mother of four children, and the proud wife of a US Army Veteran Sai enjoys many different activities. The owner of a dachshund, and two lovely cats Sai is an animal lover, and a woman who simply calls herself, “A woman with a dream, and a pen.” Here she is writing about to be careful about what you allow to unleashed by our governments.

unleashed6

6. Another way of saying unleash is to liberate, remember you are Awesome. It’s For the Good Times.

unleashed7

7. What we each unleashed on the weekend was a mystery to us, even though we were called to have an intention.

unleashed8

8. Another reason to be unleashed, actually 12 of them. Helps with the Communication in your life.

unleashed9

9. We went deep into the pockets of our fears and as this quote say, all that now remains is us. There are always fears to work on.

Unleashed10

10. My mind knows a lot, and then there is a saying You don’t know what you don’t know, go there: Who You Are.

unleashed11

11. OMG, I love lists, here is a great one.

Unleashed12

12. People had some sexy names on the weekend, here’s another, Ricardo Housham has his own quote page : Make your Move.

unleashed13

13. The greatest Love I have got from fairy tales is to believe in Unicorns, I have friends that I swap Unicorn pictures with.

unleashed14

14. Besides being a magnificent facilitator Arion is an awesome poet, here is one of his offerings:

Precious love, you are beautiful. I know that you cling to that steering wheel because you think all manner of bad things will happen if you let go, but I want to let you know its ok, that controlling everything is not much of a life for me or you.
Yes life can be harsh and brutal, but control doesn’t protect from that anyway, and here is the most beautiful thing….. Even though it feels like death to move to the back seat, it is so much more than that. Yes a certain rigidity dies, but you precious mind, can’t die, you are luminous brilliance and when you can let go of that steering wheel, in time your shell will crack away and your true nature of genius and light will be revealed.
So my love, let go, come and rest in the back of the bus, I have installed a jacuzzi and all you have to do is relax. I love you so much.

It’s Poetry in Motion.

unleashed15

15. Three words, YOU ARE ALLOWED, Unleash that dragon. This saying I acknowledge my other mentor and my Anam Cara,  Emili Paulo. Here is a link to her work: Collective Potential

As I said in the beginning there are many cuts at Unleashing, be mindful about which ones you do or just go for it, both of these types of advise where given at the end of the weekend.

Namaste until next Thursday, I promise, my dear friends.

I’ve got the Music in Me!!

I have 33,000 songs in my Itunes library, I subscribe to Apple My music, Spotify, have 130 albums on my Bandcamp play list, Mixcloud, Soundcloud and am subscibed to about 300 musicians webpages: so the above statement is my truth.

I cannot play an instrument as my right and left hand do not talk to each other but my dear friend Kavisha Mazzella taught me to sing as a member of The Moon’s a Balloon choir which I honour her for each and every day. The secret is learning to listen not to sing the words. Here is one of her songs to explain why she has such an exquisite ability to do so: Invisible Indivisible.

There are a lot of quotes about the love of music and it is my joy to select them and interpret what they mean to me: Here we go –

Music1

1. This statement is very truthful, I have never been able to get into death metal or people who are racist and sexist.

Music2

2. I am sure we all have our favourite up and down songs, probably two or three. Think of yours as you listen to one of my all time fave love songs: Let’s Stay Together.

Music3

3. Feelings are said to have colours, I agree with the sentiment expressed in this quotes that they also have sounds, rage is aargh and love is aaw to me.

Music4

4. You can be stock still to it, you can also be in a state of total chaos but there is always a solution to whatever problem you are facing in your music collection, it might even be the sounds of nature.20 minutes of natures bliss.

Music5

5. Because I like puns.

music

6. Seems Plato was a music dude as well as one of the worlds great philosophers. Here’s some Soul of the Universe music : I am a Soul.

Music7

7. Unlike native languages music is understood in every country on every continent of our planet. From Antarctica to Iceland the dulcet tones of an instrument can unite people from all races.

music8

8. Well, I didn’t expect her to be a news anchor. Here’s a news musical Clip: Not the 9 O’clock news.

music9

9. You can put her on in the mood you need to talk about at any time and it doesn’t cost you 200 dollars.

music10

10. How often have you heard music being performed where you forget to eat and drink. I recently went to see one of my favourite ex rock gods Stephen Cummings, lead singer of one of Australia biggest bands in the 1970’s the Sports now a much loved singer songwriter who plays to crowds of 40, here is one of my favourite Steve songs: When Love comes Back to Haunt You.

music11

11. Kavisha, who I mentioned before used to lead a session called Empty Sky, there would be 5 minute breaks of silence between silence. She believed that was where the magic and the healing lay.

Music12

12. Not Might mouse Modest Mouse, they are actually a band – The band’s name is derived from a passage from the Virginia Woolf story “The Mark on the Wall,” which reads, “I wish I could hit upon a pleasant track of thought, a track indirectly reflecting credit upon myself, for those are the pleasantest thoughts, and very frequent even in the minds of modest, mouse-coloured people, who believe genuinely that they dislike to hear their own praises. In Australia there is only one song you can use to depict the soul, here it is: Soul Kind of Feeling.

Music13

13. Best known for his Fanfare for the Common Man, Aaron Copland was an American composer, composition teacher, writer, and later in his career a conductor of his own and other American music. Instrumental in forging a distinctly American style of composition, in his later years he was often referred to as “the Dean of American Composers” and is best known to the public for the works he wrote in the 1930s and 1940s in a deliberately accessible style often referred to as “populist” and which the composer labelled his “vernacular” style.

Music14

14. Yes it’s mi-spelt but that is the joy of this form of music , its can be corny and yet so deep. My favourite is alternative country and my favourite artist : Gillian Welch.

Music15

15. As my musical ownership list proves , I totally believe in music, and I also believe in Unicorns.

pink unicorn

Thanks for letting me write about my addiction once again, every little bit heelp on the path to recovery.

Unadulterated Joy for Me!!

I have just completed the first Activation program by my friend and mentor Arion Light : Activation Schools Web Page. On the final evening we came up with an Essence for our Vision for Life, My essence flowed immediately , it was Unadulterated Joy. I just have to write about it as much of the six week journey if the course was spent in this Essence.

What does unadulterated mean, here is my favourite on-line dictionaries meaning:

un·a·dul·ter·at·ed

1. Not mingled or diluted with extraneous matter; pure: unadulterated coffee.
2. Out-and-out; utter: unadulterated joy.

unadulterated

not debased or made impure

So I am residing in the Essence of out and out utter joy, my logical mind fights this on a regular basis but luckily the training works and works well. So what does the world have to say about unadulterated joy. lets have a look with these 15 beautiful quotes:

Until you shape me.

Until you make me,
I am creativity.

I am waiting deep inside you
Touch my spark
And let me light you,
Give me life
And I’ll revive you
I am creativity.
