I fell in love with the ethos of Interculturalism last year, Love and Respect for All, Everyone Included. I made this up when sitting at my desk, it was so unthinkable at the time, but I have seen it happening at the Darebin Intercultural Centre so I have taken it on as a practice. I intend to have it be the dominant paradigm across the world. I don’t know how to do that so I thought I would start writing as I am an Interculturalist and see what happens. I also have created an open FB page https://www.facebook.com/groups/Interculturalist/ so that people can share their own experience of it.
