It fills the cup of Silence.

My Chinese english student Ginny isn’t coming today, her husband is flying back home so she has to drive him to the airport so I am listening to music and writing todays blog. I thought music would be a great subject to write about. I have 40,000 tunes on my Itunes, I’m a bit addicted, always have been since a young age.

I have been a door-bitch for my musical friends for over 30 years, I love most types of music and support the theory most eras produce some talented people. At the moment Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are playing on my iPhone. I saw him in the Birthday Party many years ago, always worth a listen.

How do you relate to music  , does it pump you up, slow you down or both, let’s have a look what they say about it:

muse1

1. How did you choose your favourite songs? First Love, divorce, losing your virginity are often memorable times.

muse2

2. Thats why we part with our hard earned cash to go and see the greats. They combine words and silence that fills our heart with joy: That’s what I Like.

muse3

3. Your music rends to relief the pain, It’s your gateway to your soul.

muse4

4. Friedrich Nietsche is considered on  of the great philosophers. At the age of 44 he had a complete breakdown and was cared for by his mother and then his sister until his death 11 years later: Without Music.

muse6

5. Backstreet Boy member has had an extraordinary life for 20 years thanks to his musical ability. He is very grateful for it.

muse7

6. Had to laugh at this one, probably true for me though: Life is like a Song.

muse8

7. What is your soul music, Mine is beautiful deep songs by female singer songwriters.

muse9

8. Have had many of these outbursts over my 62 years, the last was at a Safer Youssef, a mystical experience: Soupir Eternel.

muse10

9. I always thought that I couldn’t sing until I met my friend Kavisha Mazzella, an award winning singer songwriter and beautifully hearted soul and my choir leader, you can listen to her at http://www.kavisha.com.

muse11

10. There are so many songs that fill my dreams, what are yours: Dream a little Dream of Me.

muse12

muse13

12. I have made many a good friend I met at music gigs watching bands we both appreciated: Make you feel my Love.

muse14

13. Passion, Joy, Heartbreak, Power. All have their specific songs.

muse15

14. The Bard, taught at most western English speaking schools , you either loved or hated him. His words could make the earth shudder, didn’t know he discover earth music though: Earth Song.

muse16

15. I went to a funeral of a friends father. He had them play Smoke, Smoke that Cigarette as one of the tunes. He died from lung cancer. I haven’t chosen the music for mine yet, I may not have heard it yet.

Music is a constant part of our lives, some of it we love , other styles we hate. My big secret, I love pop divas, very uncool in the live music scene.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

Do You Fit In?

Desire, often tied to sexual physicality yet it covers all fields in our psyche. It is said if you walk away from them you are not really living a life, just existing. How often as children do we have desires that we fulfill purely with our imaginations. Later on we are taught that this is not a practical way to lead our lives, I think that is a shame because it robs us of our ability to soldier on to fulfill our dreams later in life.

What has society said about desire, there were many takes at it, let’s have a look at a few:

desire1

1. Life does not make it easy for you to reach your desires. it has installed that little voice in your heads that challenges you as to whether you deserve it or not.

desire2

2. Arguably the most distinguished man of letters in English history, Samuel Johnson points out another character we need to make our desires come true: Curiosity: Curiosity Killed The Cat.

desire3

3. There is one voice to listen too when considering your desires: Your courageous one.

desire4

4. Creativity is a journey of achieving your desires, not a battle to defeat those who may get in your way: Good Life.

desire5

5. Here’s a word you will want to drop in casual conversation to impress you friends and family.

desire6

6. Are your desires material things? That’s fine but you can’t take them with you. Remember: The Best Things In Life Are Free.

desire7

7. Not quite as famous as his son Alan, Lauded for his epic poem Howl, Louis was famous for the comment quoted from his death. Louis Ginsberg published puns in the Newark Star Ledger under the heading “Keep an O’Pun Mind”. He often asked and answered, “Is life worth living? It depends on the liver.” His collection of puns was never published but they can be found in Box 2, Folder 9 in the Louis Ginsberg Papers at Stanford University. Louis Ginsberg, who died of liver and spleen cancer, told his son Allen Ginsberg, “I never thought my pun would come back to bite me.

desire8

8. Which do you choose, I align with the wise: Closer To The Heart.

desire9

9. I’m sure Gandhi said lots of prayers to have his desire to free India from England’s grips come true. They seemed to have become tied to religious folk these days, don’t do this, use the power they offer.

desire10

10. What if we could read minds, would you be slapped often or thanked for your generosity: Meet Me Halfway.

desire11

11. It is wise to remember that postponing your desires just strengthens their grip on you. Don’t put them off!!

desire12

12. Such a beautiful name, Spanish poet, playwright and theatre director was also famous for his quote To see you naked is to recall the Earth.: Burned With Desire.

desire13

13. Mignon McLaughlin was an American journalist and author. In the 1950s, she began publishing aphorisms that were later collected in three books, entitled, The Neurotic’s Notebook, The Second Neurotic’s Notebook and The Complete Neurotic’s Notebook. I think this testy quote is from one of them.

desire14

14. One of my favourite songs about what we desire in life: Wild Horses.

desire15

15. Einstein, the master of imagination quotes : Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.”

Do your desires fit in to the life you lead today, or do you hide them away in the caverns of what you life would be like if you only ………., fill in the dots.

Lucky Enough to be Different!!

I read a beautiful piece of prose in Jeff Fosters The Way of the Rest last night. here it is:

You are the one I wake up with every morning. The one I breathe with, The one whose every heartbeat I feel as my own. You are the one I walk with, the one I speak and sing with, the one who stays with me through every waking moment of every sacred day. You are the one I get sick with, the one I cry with, the one whose anger and joy and doubt surge through me like fire. You are the one I will die with, the one whose arms I return to. You are the one I see in every face, shining through every pair of eyes, shimmering through the silences, the trails of dust and the spaces in the canopy.ou are my constant companion, my home, my reason, my joy, my life. we cannot be divided, we cannot be two, and even One is too many for us.

I sing this song to myself, disappearing into the song and I am never alone.

It is called Love Song to Myself, how many of us write love songs to ourselves? I know I haven’t in a long time.

What is this thing called self-love? Let’s go on a journey down its rocky path:

selflove1

1. Love is a four letter word, so is self. Two four letter worded combined make for an awesome life.

selflove2

2. Do you do these things daily, if not what is enough for you to Love Yourself: Beautiful.

selflove3

3. You Look like you are in Love. A statement that you are not yourself, a shame really.

selflove4.jpeg

4. I did a role play once with my friend Marija. For 15 minutes we had to say a statement to each other. Mine to her was you are fucking magnificent and hers to me was you are a handsome man. Since then we will always be FM and HM to each other: Who I Am.

selflove5

5. With the publication of I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, Angelou publicly discussed aspects of her personal life. She was respected as a spokesperson for black people and women, and her works have been considered a defense of black culture. Attempts have been made to ban her books from some U.S. libraries, but her works are widely used in schools and universities worldwide. Angelou’s most celebrated works have been labeled as autobiographical fiction, but many critics consider them to be autobiographies. She made a deliberate attempt to challenge the common structure of the autobiography by critiquing, changing, and expanding the genre. Her books center on themes such as racism, identity, family, and travel.

selflove6

6. Breathing is necessary to stay alive. I agree with Mandy Hale that these should also be part of the menu: F**king Perfect.

selflove7

7. Shine on, you crazy diamond, you are unique and that is why we love you.

selflove8

8. There are 7,000,000,000 beautifully unique individuals on the planet. Some have forgotten. Your job is to remember!!: Don’t you know you’re Beautiful.

selflove9

9. Listen to your heart space, because one day it will stop, that will be the end.

selflove10

10. Coleman Hawkins, a renowned jazz saxophone player is credited with saying If you don’t make mistakes, you aren’t really trying. His playing exemplified that: Cool Jazz.

selflove11.jpeg

11. Be careful what you say and think. Remember you are always listening and most of it will come true, even when you don’t want it too.

selflove12

12. Make sure that you are not that person: Firework.

selflove13

13. Sing that song to yourself as Jeff reiterates in his prose. It will give you access to others loving you.

selflove14

14. I am also reading Brene’s Daring Greatly. Self-talk is incredibly powerful. Make the best use of it, you can: Brave.

selflove15

15. And for the last insight, let’s give us the greatest gift we can, the beautiful gift of self-love.

You are lucky enough to be different from your brothers, sisters and best friends. That is because you are uniquely the beautiful being we know as ………….., insert your name here.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

The Best Part of our Hearts!!

In  my community paper the Northcote Leader there was an amazing story of kindness reported the other day. Members of the community donated enough for a family to replace their car to take their daughter to school who has cerebral palsy after they were involved in an accident and their car was written off.

Stories like this  remind me of the kindness of strangers and not to give in to the dross that is marketed as mainstream media, that of death, killing, war and anything that seems to bring community spirit down. How do we remember to be kind each day, lets go there:

kind1

1. Confucius was born in 551 B.C., I think it is still relevant after all these years. Gratitude is a great gift to receive but is it gratitude if you expect it?

kind2

2. Models do not win citizens of the year very often. We do not make these decisions on looks but what difference these people make: Lean on Me.

kind3

3. Amantine-Lucile-Aurore Dupin ; 1 July 1804 – 8 June 1876), best known by her pseudonym George Sand , was a French novelist and memoirist. She is equally well known for her much publicized romantic affairs with a number of artists, including Polish composer and pianist Frédéric Chopin and the writer Alfred de Musset. Wonder why she used a male pseudonym?

kind4

4. One of the main benefits of Kindness, we rise together: Rise.

kind5

5. Watching small children meet each other without judgement to me is the best example of this on the planet.

kind6

6. Did you know there is a good news network : http://www.goodnewsnetwork.org – perhaps we can sack CNN: Good Times.

kind7

7. I think I’ll hop on Raymond, my pet unicorn and spread lots of this today.

kind8

8. How many strength building exercises do you do a day, get your kindness muscle out and play: Be Strong.

kind9

9. What would they write on the grave of the person who did this – I’m sure it would include a life well lived.

kind10

10. I gave up organised religion a long time ago, perhaps I could take on this one: Lady Gaga and Dalai Lama on Kindness.

kind11

11. Your new daily practice.

kind12

12. A man who inspires me as much as his holiness, Lao Tzu, I recommend you read his books: How to write a Love Song.

kind13

13. Jesse Louis Jackson, Sr. (born Jesse Louis Burns; October 8, 1941) is an American civil rights activist, Baptist minister, and politician. He was a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1984 and 1988 and served as a shadow U.S. Senator for the District of Columbia from 1991 to 1997. He is the founder of the organizations that merged to form Rainbow/PUSH. Former U.S. Representative Jesse Jackson, Jr. is his eldest son. Jackson was also the host of Both Sides with Jesse Jackson on CNN from 1992 to 2000.

kind14

14. Let’s do this: One Tribe.

kind15

15. Renewing humanity, the ultimate task for people today.

So lets shout out that kindness is one of the factors that makes up the best of our heart, A Ho!!!

Namaste until next time we meet, my dear friends.

After the Hard Climb!!

What is the best view you have seen? I couldn’t think of a word or distinction for today so I just typed in inspirational quotes in google images and was amazed by what came up. I suppose I would count the Grand Canyon as the greatest I have seen. To see best views you have to put in an effort to get there, so let’s have a look at what quotes have inspired people in getting to their best views of life:

live1

1. They say the reaction time of elite athletes is phenomenal compared to that of the average punter on the street due to their reaction time. The average punter would not have moved by the time the target had arrived that the elite athlete manipulates so easily.

live2

2. They say that when people pass a majority of them talk about the things they regret they did not do. That says something to me about taking as many chances as you can in your life: No Regrets.

live3

3. Often we make our lives a misery by thinking more about what we want than what we have. raise the gratitude level daily and your happiness level will increase.

live4

4. Set your controls for the heart of the sun, or the controls will set them for you and you have no idea where you may end up: Set Your Controls.

live5

5. George Bernard Shaw, known at his insistence simply as Bernard Shaw, was an Irish playwright, critic, and polemicist whose influence on Western theater, culture, and politics extended from the 1880s to his death and beyond. He wrote more than sixty plays, including major works such as Man and Superman, Pygmalion, and Saint Joan. With a range incorporating both contemporary satire and historical allegory, Shaw became the leading dramatist of his generation, and in 1925 was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.

live6

6. Live your life to the full, remember you were destined to be: Leader of the Pack.

live7

7. Moment by moment you can take a chance in life or you can go back to what you know, but life will go on whatever you do.

live8

8. Before Enlightenment, chopping wood, after enlightenment chopping wood, one thing at a time, it’s all you can do: Step by Step.

live9

9. Exactly where you need to be even if it didn’t feel that great getting there.

live10

10. Doing a new program this week I now know about ten people I did not know before, I am a different person because of that: Changes.

live11

11. Open the lens of your life, if it’s not a great shot take another one.

live12

12. And remember to stop and smell the roses, or observe the beauty of the planet from time to time: Time after Time.

live13

13. I don’t always remember to breath when I am in my head. I have to let go to do that.

live14

14. And the best kind is a deep faith in yourself because you gotta have: Faith.

live15

15. Originality cannot be made better by rubbing it out.

So lets Live life to the fullest so that we get to see the best views on the world.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

Your Body Hears Everything!!

My head is full of thoughts, some not so positive. To overcome this I do the work of my mentor, Arion Light: The Activation School. I have heard and studied many forms of the statement that we become what we think and that self-talk is paramount if you wish to succeed in life.

I sought out head not heart stuff most of the time, it had an effect for a while, but it wore off as my head took control again as it was well trained to put me in my place. I’m now working primarily with the body and accepting that I have held locks in my body that I need to accept and work through.

So what have we said about self-talk over the ages, let’s go on the journey:

self1

1. First of all, we must acknowledge that it is extremely powerful, it can turn you from a pussycat into a lion with a different empowering interpretation.

self2

2. Yes we are, and we tend to believe what we hear. So gently with the demeaning stuff: Thinking Out Loud.

self3

3. As Barack says, Yes we can, Yes we did.

self4

4. Jeff Brown, a canadian writer created a word I love: Enrealment. What you put after these two words is your enrealment: Wayne Dyer’s thoughts.

self5.jpeg

5. Not actually the four buddhist vows but just as powerful in the area of self-talk.

self6

6. What would the education system be able to achieve with our dear ones if this was on the cirriculum: Teach Your Children.

self7

7. And not only you hear it, that big bad universe will plot with the thoughts.

self8

8. Get the chalk out and scuttle those first two letters and get on with it: Possibility.

self9

9. Take actions on the thhings in this list, and the affirmation will work. Actions not words work.

self10

10. Karen Salmansohn is a best selling self-help book author with over one million books sold. Salmansohn was formerly a senior VP ad creative director (at age 26) who left her job to pursue writing. She has been profiled in the NY Times, Business Week, Chicago Tribune, LA Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, Time Magazine, ELLE, Marie Claire, and Fast Company. She also appeared in popular television shows and was a regular lifestyle reporter for Fox TV.

Lately, she has been offering monthly seminars at THE SOHO HOUSE in New York City where she lives. She now has her own SIRIUS radio show called Be Happy Dammit. She also gives seminars nationally (at places like NAWBO, Gen Art, and Media Bistro) and internationally (in Canada, Germany, and elsewhere).

She is a regular columnist for Oprah, CNN, Psychology Today, Huffington Post and MSN and writes a popular career column for amNY, one of New York’s largest newspapers, called “The 1 Minute Career Therapist”. She is also a relationship expert for msn.com, match.com and Lifetime TV and a career coach for AOL (alongside Tom Peters and Brian Tracey). She has twenty-nine books, five TV development deals, two film deals, and one perfume named “Unavailable: it’s more than a perfume, it’s a philosophy.” She lives her challenges: Live Your Life.

self11

11. When Einstein said this – Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand he didn’t mean to do the above.

self12

12. What happens when you reach your goals, what is your journey then. It ends the day they put you in your form of the grave you prefer, love the journey: Just Stand Up.

self13

13. Looks like thats he’s about to jump. There is a quote on the wall where I work. Jump off and learn how to fly on the way down. Get rid of these things and you have a greater chance of success.

self14

14. There is a prize if people remember who Rhonda Byrne is. I like her imaging though: Soundtrack Whistle.

self15

15. Cassius Clay became Muhammad Ali, he was the greatest as both beings.

Remember the words you put in your body, it has a good memory. Practise being with them and you will be surprised the essence that will rise.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

It’s often its own Reward!!

Being rewarded, is that receiving you a financial salary for what you do in life? Or is it a more spiritual path as spoken of by luminaries like His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Deepak Chopra and Carolyn Myss.

Above me, there is a flier advertising the Compassionate Voices Community Choir quoting words such as Rejoice, Improve, Connect and Learn. If this is what being Compassionate has to offer I’m on board.

In our busy lives, compassion is one of those things that is easy to drop out, for ourselves and others. So let’s have a look at what society has said to remind us not to do that over the centuries:

com1

1. I recently read a quote that said do not complain for 24 hours, not even once and your life would transform. I can imagine the same applies for judging oneself and others.

com2

2. Putting life off is not a part of a Compassionate journey. it would be like being in the now moment to moment. How much more would you get done if you did not procrastinate over things: Do It Right Now.

com3

3. Grandparents are old, even older than our parents, and our younger siblings, why do they cling so hard? These are ideas you need to transform because you will probably be all these things sometime in your life.

com4

4. Always have a mirror around so that you can remember you always have someone to practice compassion with, the most important person in your life: Compassion.

com5

5. Compassion has some worth housemates, these are some of them.

com6

6. Compassion, another name could be heart to heart surgery: Open Your Heart.

com7.jpeg

7. How would the world transform if we taught compassion in the education system as well as knowledge? I say it would be a very different place.

com8

8. The compulsory cute animal photo quote, If you don’t ask or act what you think is purely supposition: Rolling In the Deep.

com9

9. As Byron Katie said in her quote we always have someone to practice compassion with. And when we get that down pat we can then open our heart to others.

com10

10. I’m the leader, the leader of the gang of compassion I am, so can you be too: Leader of the Pack.

com11

11. Each of our senses has a purpose that can empower our lives and the world.

com12

12. Probably better known as Uma Thurman’s dad, Robert Alexander Farrar Thurman (born August 3, 1941) is an American Buddhist writer and academic who has written, edited or translated several books on Tibetan Buddhism. He is the Je Tsongkhapa Professor of Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Studies at Columbia University, holding the first endowed chair in this field of study in the United States. He also is the co-founder and president of the Tibet House New York and is active against the People’s Republic of China’s control of Tibet: Om Mani Pad Me Hung.

com13

13. Have compassion for the days to come, keep growing and creating the best day of your life.

com14

14. Thoughts don’t get a lot done, it needs physical actions as well for anything to happen: Would You.

com15

15. They call it the technological revolution, don’t forget the spiritual technologies such as compassion, kindness, serenity, mindfulness and humility.

Remember to look in the mirror when you first get up and say I Love You then go and pass it on to whoever you come across during the day.

Namaste until next time, my dear friends.

Team Work makes the Dream Work!!

I was cleaning up my apartment the other day when I found my old Synergy sticker. Synergy is an all night dance event that works because so many people put their time and efforts into making it work. Thats the definition of Synergy: the interaction or cooperation of two or more people, organisations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects: “the synergy between artist and record company”:

synonyms: collaboration · working together · joint action · combined effort · teamwork · mutual support · partnership · coopetition · coordination · liaison · association · unity · concurrence · concord · accord · understanding · give and take · compromise · dealings · relations · coaction.

It been realised for a very long time that synergy works, what have we said about it over this time, lets have a look:

syn1

1. Stephen Richards Covey (October 24, 1932 – July 16, 2012) was an American educator, author, businessman, and keynote speaker. His most popular book was The Habits of Highly Effective People. His other books include First Things FirstPrinciple-Centered LeadershipThe 7 Habits of Highly Effective FamiliesThe 8th Habit, and The Leader In Me — How Schools and Parents Around the World Are Inspiring Greatness, One Child at a Time. He was a professor at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University at the time of his death.

syn2

2. Another way of looking at synergy is to take all the natural brilliance of the people involved and mix them together and look at what pours out: Team.

syn3

3. How do we exploit all the advantages people have? Use synergy as the base for all enterprise I say.

syn4

4. si-nar-je , that for my Chinese english students. They would find the original spelling difficult: Rise.

syn5

5. James Bond AKA Pierce Brosnan was involved in a campaign that used the synergy a campaign brings to amend when the navy had their training exercises so that mass migrations were not affected.

syn6

6. Branson doesn’t merely say things like, “Screw it, just get on and do it.” He actually lives his life that way. He drops out of school and starts a business. He signs the Sex Pistols to his record label when everyone else says they are too controversial. He charters a plane when he doesn’t have the money. When everyone else balks or comes up with a good reason for why the time isn’t right, Branson gets started. He realises the power of synergy: Richard on People.

syn7

7. This is what may hold the creation of synergy back, thinking that you are not that. You don’t need to be. Someone else on your team will be.

syn8

8. Toba Beta is sci-fi writer from Indonesia. He works as economist/practitioner in Indonesia financial industries and capital market. He is dubbed as Mister Bond by Investor Magazine. He writes journals, novels, quotes and poems. This is quite a powerful quote: Open Book.

syn9

9. Love this quote, it expresses all that is positive about using synergy in your life.

syn10

10. I find it difficult to relate to people who attempt to split their personal and work life into two different aspects. They are all hours spent living int eh same day, the same lifetime: A Day in the Life.

syn11

11. Ou were you? I’m a proof reader by profession as well as a blogger. Just a little oops there.

syn12

12. This is a great way to relate to other in a situation that requires synergy to evolve: Karma.

syn13

13. I believe it also takes action, thoughts are fine, but no action equals nada, nothing, zip, etc. etc.

syn14

14. Isn’t this just so beautiful. A big Aww from me: Never let you Go.

syn15

15. Here’s another great definition of Synergy.

So I hope this helps you focus on your dreams and the power working with Synergy will bring to them.

Namaste until next time , my dear friends.

It was not in your Textbooks!!

I love TED talks. 18 minutes of possibility and passion. I’m reading a book called Talk like Ted, because, yes, I have a deep wish to do one, it’s on my bucket list. Titanic explorer Robert Ballard in TED 2008 started his talk with ” Everything I’m going to present to you was not in my textbooks when I went to school. ”

So I ponder why education departments hold so stringently onto outdated technologies and teaching methods as the above statement changes at a more rapid rate. here’s his TED talk: Exploring the Oceans.

The New is what is taking us forward, allowing for what we know already, but it is the added bits that will make the difference.

Let us meander down the path we are  being taken by the newness in our lives:

now1

1. Oh, but for the brave experimenters, we would not have the electric light, the solar panel. The people who invented these things knew that the journey came with mistakes. That they did not have the answer instantly.

now2

1. When I was sixteen I did not know that I would run marathons when another sixteen had passed. Or that I would run down the main street of Leningrad with the mayor in the name of Ending World Hunger: I’m not Afraid

now3

3. Doe Zantamata is an author, artist, and photographer. In addition to the Happiness in Your Life book series, she also creates and designs poster books of different titles, including “Happy By Nature,” “Old Children, A Book for “Adults”,” and others. Doe has been writing since before she could tie her shoes. In addition to writing, she enjoys nature, history, and is an animal welfare advocate. She also runs a blog at http://www.thehiyL.com with daily posts.

4. What would you want to be posted on your mini whiteboard that they could use later in your life: Live Your Life.

now5

5. One thing guaranteed life will change, be new, moment by moment. Remember this when you wake up each beautiful morning.

now6

6. I’m old enough to remember Hawkeye from M.A.S.H. From his credits he had this not in the textbook thing down pat: Theme from MASH.

now7

7. On this path, you have to let go of some things you have attachments to. Trust the magic.

now8

8. A new project, travel to a new country, a new love affair. Your feelings are jolted in these situations: Feelings.

9. William Arthur Ward is one of America’s most quoted writers of inspirational maxims. His column Pertinent Proverbs has been featured in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and in numerous service club publications throughout the United States and abroad. Good Shoes, Take you Good Places

I was resisted doing my Monday blog as we all know that it’s the holiday break and not many people are reading it anyway. Then I did Leonie Dawsons Shining Light Workbook: Leonie’s Webpage. and one of my goals os to triple my readership so that definitely would not have been a great way to start fulfilling that goal.

I also found a vision I wrote for Arion Light’s six-week activation program I just completed. It goes like this:

There is a place in my heart where essence lives.

It has no solid form, it’s just a sense of magnificence that

lives out day to day my dreams and wishes for the life of the planet and the Universe.

The word magnificence stuck so our journey today is on that subject:
