I recently brought a new Macbook Pro, my 2015 model lost access to its microphone and I knew it was time to upgrade. The new one does so many wonderful things, I am learning every day. I love the Youtube facilities on the premium channel. It has all the concerts from back in the day and from now as well. From Woodstock to Burning Man, they are all there. I am going through a Neil Young phase. I can not believe I walked out of his concert to score some dope back in the day.

Back to me: Love and Respect for all, Everybody Included equals Interculturalism. IIs up to us, because we can, Its our tome. WE are charging the Machine Guns, Not all of us will make it, We know there are more of us than them. They know they have lost, Fuck Rupert Murdoch, see you in 4 days..
Two weeks ago I had a bank balance of $1.30 and for the first time in my life had to request a food parcel. I felt gutted..
Move forward two weeks and it was time for another of my many free webinars, this on wealth, says the man with a $1.30 bank balance. But they had Deepak Chopra and James Kornfield as the buying and they are always worthwhile. Have you seen the movie Riding with the Dragons, a fantasy at the heart? There were all these other dudes I had never heard of and they claimed they were millionaires and even, shudder, billionaires. I have recently has a Tjhor Eruption, no Kundalini Awakening for this bogan country boy Cats supporter, we won the flag, go Cats..
The course I had done looked at Love and Money archetypes, just what one needs after 30 years, and 8 more archetypes. F me when they got to the Nurturer archetype, being the World’s Greatest Volunteer, a laydown hand. Imagine my mild shock when I woke up the next day with access to all of the weird stuff I had done over the past 30 years that people would like me. Werner. Choedak,, ISTA, German yelling, all the good stuff, and they threw in a voice, something I had wished for all my life..
So i did the wealth summit, but could not find my glasses for two nights and yes I did comment to the host and panelists over this time, and of course, one must hang shit on the South African noted because we crapped on them in the cricket time after time. It seems some of the panelists found this mildly amusing and never told me what I was doing.
I threw songs and my opinion at them freely, they were only multi-millionaires and billionaires after all and what could an Age pensioner from Preston matter… Perhaps asking Jack Canfield he might be worth 480 million but what did he do on a day-to-day basis was a bit cheeky, but he did answer me the next day. Seems he built 700 houses for the texas flood victims, I told him that was not a bad start, and yes, I have become a smart arse after the eruption.
The participants claimed they would tell us how they made their millions for nothing, I could smell BS a mile off. Except I was wrong, dead wrong and they did, sure there were the $500 to $1,000m dollar courses but they were worth a minimum of ten times that. it seems one of them is a Louisiana Good old Boy and likes his Cajun music, as I did when I was a pisshead, especially a song, Ain’t nobody here but us chickens. Snap, it was the Good old Boys’ favorite song growing up, The multi-billionaire and the Age Pensioner had something in common..
so I kept swapping music he might like, The Vital Bits Spotify list from Melbourne’s most popular morning community radio show for example. And yes, the smart-arse thought he knew better than the wealthy ones because he had been an activist for 40 years.
We get to the steak knives, courses at about $500 to $1,000, so the one-dollar balance kid tuned out. lots of offerings but two really grabbed me, a 12-month mindset program and a course that covered all the aspects of a business. They sounded so good. i was a bit sad. I was going to miss out once again.
When I started getting links to $50,000 programs with the words you need to train brother, I was quite shocked. $120,000 dollars later one of them said I had to pay $50 dollars.. The 12-month program, and the business skills, all flowed forth, including programs from people not even on the panel, and the names involved, fuck me sums it up really..
I have had to decline some very famous people as I just had too much to handle. I have chosen my favorites and begun the journey, but they keep adding things during the programs, another 12-month business coaching program, and yes they sent me the link gratis..
Enough on that, time for marc and Angel’s kist:

This is where i have my Werner Brain-Farts.
My nephews wife grew up in Tanzania.
The maestro speaks, Warren Buffett is the man,
But yoiu get coverage, musician BS
You need both, economy and community.
From day one teach the children well.
How much sleep do you need?
Uber-rich people never have money in the bank, no tax.
The Good old Boy is a fine example og this
Shake that moneymaker, Cute songtotlllt.
Francis was more known for his scientific elocutions, but this is quite wise on money as well.
Well, each and every day as I listened to this summit and more and more gifts in the form of line course arrived advising. me I needed to train and no money changed hands, I realized I had reached a hiatus with my newfound buddies, especially the good old boy, with whom I had become really cozy and like a lifetime buddy in a very short period of time. What was the limit to which he would invest in my crazy Werner Brain fart ideas? I have come to believe that there are no boundaries to I t at the moment, so theoretically, I. had become a billionaire. Fuck me are the two words that come to. mind,.
Back ot my traditional ending: Love and Respect for All, Its up to Us, Because we Can, Its Our Time, As we charged the machine guns, knowing that we all will not make it through, Inside there are more of us than them, and they know they have lost. These are my pithy slogans that make a difference, I am entering the brave new world of being paid for what I have done for nothing besides the fact I love words that empower, and see you on the other side of abundance. See you in Florida, Good old Boy. You rock for transforming my world and allowing me to become the philanthropist I have dreamt of being my whole life
What do you talk about around the dinner table or consequently avoid discussion like the plague? I was having a catchup at Macca’s AKA a coaching session when this subject came up. Her dad had passed recently and mine were well gone so It was safe to discuss our feelings towards them.
It is something that is not on the list for a mention, Gardening, House ownership, and even sex are okay. But dear old mum and dad are not on the agenda. Is it because it hurts too much, they say it takes a few years, but my dear old dad passed 11 years ago, and when I think of him, which I must admit is rare these days, it still hurts.
AMarc and Amgel list, they are from the iconic tome:: 1000+ little things Happy Successful People do differently. google Life hack.
The most beautiful thing is to see a person nearby smiling. And even more beautiful is knowing that you are the one behind it
2. If you have the power to make someone happier today, do it. The world needs more of that.
Some people build lots of walls in their lives and not enough bridges, there’s no good reason to be one of them. Open yourself up. Take small chances on people.
4. Never stop doing little things for those around you. Sometimes those little things occupy the biggest part of their hearts.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of love – all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
Be present, be thoughtful Compliment people. Magnify their strengths, not their weaknesses. This is how to make a real and lasting difference in your relationships, new and old.
We don’t always need advice. Sometimes all we need is a hand to hold, an ear to listen to, and a heart to understand.
Today, just be 100 per cent present with those around you – be all there. That is enough.
There is no such thing as self-made Someone else believed in you. Someone else encouraged you. Someone else is invested in you. Someone else prayed for you. Someone else spoke life over you. Be that someone for others too.
It’s practically impossible to love your neighbours if we don’t know them, and yet that’s often the case We live in such a hyper-connected world with such limited or nonexistent communication Remember this. Relationships matter. Stories matter.
In human relationships, distance is not measured in miles but in affection. Two people can be right next to each other yet miles apart.
Stay in touch with those who really matter to you, not because it’s convenient, but because they are worth the extra effort.
The single greatest problem in communication is the illusion it has taken place. Too often we don’t listen to understand, we listen to reply. Bring awareness ti this. And listen for what’s truly behind the words.
Set an example. Treat everyone with respect, even those who are rude to you not because they are always nice, but because you are. And do your best to be thankful for the rude and difficult people too, they serve as great reminders of how not to be.
15. Sometimes it is better to be kind than right.
People are much nicer when they are happier, which says a lot about those who aren’t very nice to you. Sad, but true.
The real test always comes when you don’t get what you expect from people. Will you react in anger? Or will calmness be your superpower?
The way we treat people is the way we treat people we don’t understand is a report card on what we’ve learned about love, compassion, and kindness.
Be kinder than necessary. What goes around, comes around. No one has ever made themselves strong by showing how small someone is.
The best relationships are not just about the good times you share, they are also they’re also about the obstacles you go through together and the fact that you still say I love you in the end.
Now for the quotes and the songs, I promise to not get too morbid.
I missed doing this, I feel sad often. At 68nits too late, baby.
It has been eleven and four years for the Williams siblings since we became the elders. Each and every day.
Plum village, such a wisw nman. R.I.P. THich.
How many ways can you say, I love you mum and dad.
I did some terrible things to my mum during my teenage years, I call it our black vs. white time.
Lots of truth in this statement.
In my Buddhist years Pema Chodron always said this
They mostly always know already, they just love you for who you are.
Unrequied love by any other name.
Great image of motherhood.
For you, Karina.
Unfortunately , we do not do this all of the time, then we have to have our wounds healed.
Early days, it’s up to mum and dad.
over to my words. The first slogan I ever got paid the princely sum of AUS25 dollars for It’s up to us, Because we Can, It’s our time. The ethos of Interculturalosism: Love and Respect for all, everybody included. Leonard – The light gets in, Gil Scott Heron: The revolution will not be televised Me- fuck Rupert Murdoch. It is an interesting time in our lands: WE are charging the machine guns, and some of us will not make it. There are more of us than them, They know they have lost. If you enjoyed this I would appreciate s donation towards the 1 million dollars I am raising for the ASRC in 2023/ The button os on our website.
I was not a born dancer. In fact, clumsy fucker comes to mind around my dancing ability. My first memories of dance are the Lockwood South Memorial Hall outside Bendigo and the Pride of Erin, I was about eight. My mum and dad loved this weekly sojourn, and we kids were dragged along each and every weekend.
I now live for a Dancing Freedom sunset dance outside Melbourne at Kangaroo Ground. led by my beautiful friend Phoenix Onesonf Maradola, the best-set creator in Australia. Throw her some love and sponsor her music on Mixcloud under Whitecalf, you will come out of it ahead because you can cancel your Spotify subscription, so it will only cost you 2,99 Euros instead of $11,00 a month.
Now to Marc and Angels list. This one is titled Success Questions to make you Think:
What’s the number one thing you want to achieve in the next 5 years
If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake
What’s something that used to scare you, but no longer does.
What mistakes do you make over and over again?
What did fear of failure stop you from doing?
If you could learn anything, what would it be?
What is something you will continue to do until the day that you die?
What is the best advice you have ever received?
If I were to say to you “Just go for it”, what would it be?
What’s something you must give up to move forward?
Here we go with the quotes and the music, Yay!!!

I didn’t know Michael Jordan was a ballet dancer?
And during the Fire element they are so, so loud, aren’t they, Phoenix?
Our dear old blind and deaf dog, Suki knows this emphatically.
So remember Mojo – The Dance of Connection, 5 Rhythms with Rivka, 5 Rhythms with Evelyn and the magnificent Phoenix OneSong Maradola aka White calf.
Now let’s talk about me. I live my life from the ethos of Interculturalism: Love and Respect for All, Everybody included, look for my FB group called Interculturalism and my blog I am an Interculturalist. I would love to join our growing tribe. My saying: It’s up to Us, Because We Can, It’s our Time. The first words I ever got paid the princely sum of $25.00 for. I lived in the hope Greta T. would discover it and it would become the chant of the International school strike movement. She has her own words and I have mine. Remember the reviews, dear friends, and extra Brownie Points for the first one.
I used to religiously write two blogs a week, that is how I got to over 700 blogs and 4,000,000 words on possibility and being read in 160 of the 194 countries across the planet.
Let’s go back to January 3, 2022. Why is that date significant? That is when I wrote my last blog. I had a crazy thought that nobody was reading my words even though empirical evidence showed this to be untrue.
I have sat in front of my keyboard many times and nada.
I have just completed my dear friend Clare Elizabeth Dea’s Love and Money course. One result out of it I did not expect was to get my words back, but I frigging did.
I like celebrations so I will write my first official blog on January 3, 2023.
Until then here is a quote and a song to get back in practice..
Imagination belongs to hope. It’s the creative dance of possibility
I hadn’t heard this expression till earlier this week when I was cleaning up and came across the Consciousness Rising copy of Dumbo Feather, a magazine with a tagline Conversations with extraordinary people. One of the articles was about being a good ancestor. The term came about in the 1970’s from Jonas Salk, who also developed the polio vaccine.
It didn’t take off much since then due to neoliberal hyper-individualism, but is receiving more interest these days. A Good Ancestor tries as best they can, to think as far as they can beyond their own life span, to the time when their children’s children will be living.
Roman Krznaric, author of The Good Ancestor comes up with six conversation starters to have a Good Ancestor chat:
Deep-Time Humility: What have been your most profound experiences of deep time, and how do they affect you?
Intergenerational Justice: What, for you, are the most powerful reasons for caring about future generations.
Legacy Mindset: What legacy do you want to leave your family, your community and for the living world?
Transcendent Goal: What do you think should be the ultimate goal of the human species?
Holistic Forecasting: Do you anticipate a future of civilisational breakdown, radical transformation or a different pathway?
Cathedral Thinking: What long term projects could you purse others that extend beyond your own lifetime.
As the COVID pandemic keeps growing and growing, I think it is time we all become good ancestors and realize the planet is not just here for us to survive the years we are on it, what does society say about being good ancestors, lets have a look:
1.David Ross Brower was a prominent environmentalist and the founder of many environmental organizations, including the John Muir Institute for Environmental Studies, Friends of the Earth (1969), Earth Island Institute(1982), North Cascades Conservation Council, and Fate of the Earth Conferences.
3. In Australia we are slowly learning that 60,000 years of warden-ship mean that we should listen to the indigenous people of our land.
4. Thomas Berry, was a cultural historian and scholar of the world’s religions, especially Asian traditions. Later as he studied Earth history and evolution, he called himself a “geologian.” He rejected the label “theologian” or “ecotheologian” as too narrow and not descriptive of his cultural studies in history of religions. He was drawn early on to respond to the growing ecological and climate crisis and proposed the need for a “New Story” of evolution in 1978. In this essay he suggested that a deep understanding of the history and functioning of the evolving universe is a necessary inspiration and guide for our own effective functioning as individuals and as a species: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4_lUpnIoTo
5. I still have the stone my youngest nephew gave me, he is now 29.
The three quotes in the articles are good reason of rus to become good ancestors as soon as we can, here they are:
“We’re using 1.6 Earths every year. We’re using more resources than we can naturally regenerate and create more waste than can be naturally absorbed in a carbon sink.”
“What I see is that my daughter or her great grand-child are not alone. They are in a web of relationships with people, with community, but they are also in the web of the living world. They need air to breathe and food to eat.”
“I don’t think this is going to be easy, and that all our problems will necessarily be solved. But there is the possibility. What we’re seeing in the world now is what transformative change looks like.”
Today’s playlist is from rock and roll royalty and includes some intercultural songs. We start with Sir Paul McCartney and friends, Leanne Rime’s golden voice is next. CSNY take us back to a golden period of rock. Little Dicky and Olena Uutai fill inthe middle. The penultimate song is by Matthew West and we finish with John Legend: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJlQ3F9bKYruwVK7IDiAHKUvlsdM1-dk8
I hold my ethos, Love and Respect for All, Everyone Included as a Cathedral Project – it will continue much past my lifetime. Until next time, my dear friends.
I can’t wait to read your fucking blog, here it is my beloved.
This is from a text I received yesterday. The same person who told me to fuck off and live my fantasy life and that’s she hates me, see my previous blog To Fuck Off, or Not. This was one of over 20 texts that started with my heart is breaking ending in the classic Fuck You posts. To me the above statement is a classic cry for help. I have worked out that my friend has three unique identities: The first being the Wise, Insightful, Compassionate, Sensual one. The second being the doubting Thomas one, this won’t work out which still contains some of the former, and the third, the cruel, sadistic Fuck You one who will say anything to hurt you, including you should kill yourself.
Am I being sadistic staying in communication with her, or Am I still in love with her. When I look into my heart, it is the latter. I don’t know how to fall out of love in a week and a bit, which she seems to have been able to achieve. So now we are both alone per say still talking to each other via text. So what does the world say about being alone, lets walk down that street:
1. I am slowly learning this, too soon, although we are in COVID stage 4 Lock-down in Melbourne, Australia.
So when life gets stressful and you feel like you’re losing your emotional balance, use one or more of these simple tricks to help you relax your mind and recenter yourself in an instant:

3. Call a close friend.
4. Stretch.
5. Go outdoors
6. Take a light exercise break.
7. Dress to feel your best.
8.Listen to your favourite music.
9. Take a few deep,, controlled breaths.
10. Clear your stuffed nose.
11. Cook a good meal.
12. Walk away from energy vampires.
13. Complete an important piece of unfinished business.
14. Work in something that is meaningful for you.
15. Assist someone in need.
16. Think about your latest or (greatest success).
Still haven’t worked out the links issue, My mission is not to be alone, it is to have 1,000,000 state they will live from the ethos of Love and Respect for All, Everyone Included, you can join our tribe here; https://www.facebook.com/groups/1126100227764949. Until we meet again, my dear friends.
I am back on the air. After washing my phone and not having access to my verification codes to do an article for several weeks I have my beloved I phone 6 back. I saw an elderly woman walking her beloved pooch this morning on my walk to work, she was dressed in black so I assume that her beloved had passed and that her little white poodle filled her heart in the physical sense at least.
This made me think as a pet-less one, putting me in the minority in my country, 63% of households have one, 40% dogs and 23% cats and probably like my sister Ruth having both ,what it is that pets fulfil in people lives.
I tried not to choose 15 images of cats and dogs, but they are definitely the favourite, so lets go on our journey about the love between the furry ones and their two-legged friends who bizarrely think they are the masters.
1. I never got into pet ownership as a child due to our family having several disasters occur. Dog poisonings, pigeon fox attacks etc. etc. I would enjoy the company of a cat but my lease says nada to that.
2. I am in-laws to a cat and a dog, Suki and Lhasa. How much attention Suki gets my brother in law said once that he wants to come back as her next time around to receive the attention that my sister pours on her. Lhasa is an old cat who rules the roost.
3. Unknown must secretly be a dog or a cat. This speaks so strongly about the bond between the pets and their owners that I know. This song by Patti Page does also : How much is that Doggie in the Window.
4. Those nights watching our favourite life’s a little bit hard at the moment” with our beloved moggie or puppy are so, so special.
5. One knows that as soon as you begin cuddling or patting yours or someones pet you next half an hour has just been taken up.
6. This is the contract you take on with an animal, are you ready for it?
7. I just had to put this one in, it’s funny and explains some of their cuter expressions.
8. Research shows that hugging (and also laughter) is extremely effective at healing sickness, disease, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stress. Research shows a proper deep hug, where the hearts are pressing together, can benefit you in these ways:
1. The nurturing touch of a hug builds trust and a sense of safety
2. Hugs can instantly boost oxytocin levels, which heal feelings of loneliness, isolation, and anger.
3. Holding a hug for an extended time lifts one’s serotonin levels, elevating mood and creating happiness.
4. Hugs strengthen the immune system. The gentle pressure on the sternum and the emotional charge this creates activates the Solar Plexus Chakra. This stimulates the thymus gland, which regulates and balances the body’s production of white blood cells, which keep you healthy and disease free.
5. Hugging boosts self-esteem. From the time we’re born our family’s touch shows us that we’re loved and special. The associations of self-worth and tactile sensations from our early years are still embedded in our nervous system as adults. The cuddles we received from our Mom and Dad while growing up remain imprinted at a cellular level, and hugs remind us at a somatic level of that. Hugs, therefore, connect us to our ability to self love.
6. Hugging relaxes muscles. Hugs release tension in the body. Hugs can take away pain; they soothe aches by increasing circulation into the soft tissues.
7. Hugs balance out the nervous system. The galvanic skin response of someone receiving and giving a hug shows a change in skin conductance. The effect in moisture and electricity in the skin suggests a more balanced state in the nervous system – parasympathetic.
8. Hugs teach us how to give and receive. There is equal value in receiving and being receptive to warmth, as to giving and sharing. Hugs educate us how love flows both ways.
9. Hugs are so much like meditation and laughter. They teach us to let go and be present in the moment. They encourage us to flow with the energy of life. Hugs get you out of your circular thinking patterns and connect you with your heart and your feelings and your breath.
10. The energy exchange between the people hugging is an investment in the relationship. It encourages empathy and understanding. And, it’s synergistic, which means the whole is more than the sum of its parts: 1 1 = 3 or more! This synergy is more likely to result in win-win outcomes.
9. Did the philosophiser Immanuel Kant creator of I think, therefore I am also come up with this classic statement about the human part of the partnership of animal and owner?
10. I’m sure most pet owners have nightmares about this. Cat Stevens would like you to sing you a song : I love my Dog!!.
11. James Alfred “Alf” Wight, OBE, FRCVS (3 October 1916 – 23 February 1995), known by the pen name James Herriot, was a British veterinary surgeon and writer, who used his many years of experiences as a veterinary surgeon to write a series of books each consisting of stories about animals and their owners. He is best known for these semi-autobiographical works, beginning with All Creatures Great and Small in 1972. The British television series adapted from the books is also titled All Creatures Great and Small.
12. My nephew was afraid of dogs for many a year after hearing a German shepherd bark for an extended period of time. Many things can cause phobias towards our furred ones. What would you name your snail?
13. Not always the most logical creatures, are they. Just tricksters at heart really.
14. Cutest animal picture of the blog, and best quote as well.
15. How could I look at this photo and not think of Michael Jackson’s first hit: Ben.
Being one of the 37% minority in my country who do not do this I feel I am close to having the illegal cat. We spend close to 1 billion dollars a year on our furry creatures and they love us for it.
So I chose this title so I can link Donna Summer, Yay!! Disco Gold
I went to one of my favourite dance journeys last Saturday Mojo Tantra Dance which I have been attending over the past year run by my dear friend Jules Sutherland. The people who attend are beautiful souls but most are single which is not how we were intended to be.
Even some of the partnered people behave like they are not but what would it take for each of us to discover Sacred Love with each other. I define Sacred love as meaning that you have a devoted, everlasting and precious love for someone who you want to spend your life with.
So what gets in the way for us, the beautiful people of the conscious movement of Melbourne Australia to have Sacred Love in our life.
I have chosen 15 quotes to make comment on. Here we go :
1. When you fall in love the energy it provides you is amazing until we realise that we have given the power to the other person and then we begin to feel drained as if a Vampire is sucking our life force out of us. This is not Sacred Love.
2. Are souls made of star stuff. When Sacred Love becomes existent in our lives this statement by Emily Bronte rings so True.
3. With our instant gratification lifestyles some will find this statement quite confronting. No Ending, Nadda, Never, Eternally Yours etc. etc.
4. Is your toilet sacred, discover Sacred Love and yes my friends that little room at the end of the hall becomes part of it.
5. Robinson Crusoe got lost for years. with Sacred Love you can get lost for ever, in the nice way.
6. This is why Sacred Love is Sacred. You don’t say it flippantly, because when you say these three words to the person you are declaring it to, you will never have to say it again.
7. Falling in Love is often based on the physical in Holywood movies. Sacred Love is falling in Love with the whole Freaking lot.
8. Barbara De Angelis is an American relationship consultant, lecturer and author, TV personality, relationship and personal growth adviser. I love this quote of hers, what a great gift to give to Life.
9. Johnny Depp cannot only act, he can say some deep shit as well. Four Questions of Sacred Love all with the same answer, Awesome.
10. THIS!!
11. Abira Mukherjee, a highly talented and versatile singer of Hindustani classical, Indian light and folk music, understands the Sacredness of Life and the power of Sacred Love.
12. I’ve used this quote before but I love Charlie Chaplin, mainly for his famous speech The best of Charlie. For Sacred Love to be available handle this first.
13. That broken arm, don’t worry about it. Sacred Love restores our whole being. Physical, Mental, and Ethereal.
14. No words needed, pure Sacred Love.
15. And finally, when it happens there are no rules. My friend met her life partner walking along Elizabeth Street in the city. He offered her a ride home on a hot day. They had sex and have been together 30 years. Go figure.
I wrote this because I looked around a room full of beautiful souls who deserve Sacred Love. I honour them as friends and wish that on the writing of this Sacred Love will enter all their lives.
Who are Suki and Lhasa, my sister’s beloved cat and dog, I’m not allowed to have pets in my flat.
