What is Love?

I am contemplating being in Love. It is something I have not felt for 30 years, it is wondrous and disturbing all at the same time. At 68 years old I never expected it to occur again I was ensconced in my single life, cruising towards eldership when she walked into my life.

Is love the feeling that entered my body when her energy entered mine, I could not stop it happening if I wanted to, I don’t by the way or is it a hope that there is someone out there to fulfil my unmeet needs. Lets see what my friends Marc and Angel Chernoff have to say about it:

A silhouette of a human being stands before you, Perhaps a friend, perhaps a lover, perhaps a perfect stranger. They need you to connect with them, they need you to share this moment.

They need you to:

  1. Smile without hesitation.
  2. Give without expectation.
  3. Comfort without lying.
  4. Guide without misleading.
  5. Forgive without resentment.
  6. Rest without judgement.
  7. Notice without critiquing.
  8. Appreciate without comparing.
  9. Listen without interruoting.
  10. Question without objection.
  11. Challenge without mocking.
  12. Consider withut doubting.
  13. Discuss without critisizing.

Time for some quotes and songs:

can’t believe we went to the same place for 8 years.

And we deserve each other, truly and deeply.

hat is who we are, just the acknowledgement of the last one to go.

aulo certainlt improves our lives with this statement.

Love is a Battlefield, If you let it be, we won’t.

It’s just the beginning.

It is unique, never seen before.

I am learning to get better at this because of you.

had known you eight years, WTF.

It was when we hugged for too long that night.

Love is always the answer – Ragnar.

Life becomes truly magnificent.

Thank you, I had no idea that this much soul was possible.

We are definitely changed, nw just to express it.

Back to the words, why is this blog called I am an Interculturalist. Simply because I have a. 8 billion person target to touch them all with Love and Respect for All, Everybody Included: Why – It’s up to Us, Because we can, It’s our time..

I’ll try and include the playlist link it so cheddar cheese, then love is like that: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJlQ3F9bKYrtuFyL25BjhGCfc1PLtHEka

Until we meet again, my dear readers in 160 countries across the planet:

Will the Rainbow Children save the planet?

I have done many things in my 68 years, one of them was hang around CERES environmental park in Naarm/Melbourne where I went from being the World’s Greatest Volunteer to a board member for 7 years after a very strange invitation by the team leaders one stormy winter night.

CERES is a 5 acre city farm that used to be the Brunswick tip. A group of hippies got together 40 years ago and put the idea to turn the tip into a farm. The only problem being they had energy but no money. Some liberated councillors at the time gave it to them for the acorn rent of $1 a year which it has remained at over the time, CERES is now a multi million dollar business.

Two of its features have been the Cafe and the playground where the rainbow people could bring their rainbow children and meet their Mothers Groups, on a Saturday 900 cups of coffee would be sold. I think it is up to the third generation of this happening. Mothers who were brought by their mothers are returning with their offspring.

I had not been for ages and went there to renew my membership last Saturday. I did not know The Olives to Oil festival was on. The local councils set up a drop off spot for your olives and you get them pressed into oil as a community service, I have never seen that many olives in one place in my life.

But back to the Rainbow kids. As always there was entertainment. I knew them Santirino is an traditional Italian band who also do the tarantella if the weather allows for it, unfortunately this was not the case on Saturday. Rosa sang beautifully, I. had forgotten how beautiful she is, so full of vitality and passion. My mate Phil was on accordion and flute, I have followed his different musical ensembles for over 40 years. This is one of the better ones.

At the end of their first set Rosa announced they had a special guest. A young teenager, at the most 12 or 13 approached the stage and did this amazing French number with so much confidence it belied her tender years. I overheard her mum say she could speak and sing in 6 languages. She was definitely one of CERES rainbow children.

It restored my faith that humanity does not have the people in our society that will save the planet, we have the rainbow children. The last generation have moved on and formed Extinction Rebellion across the planet. They know what it takes.

Some wise words from Marc and Angel Chernoff:

life is full of positive experiences. Notice them. Notice the sun warming your skin, the small child learning to walk, and the smiling faces around you. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential by reveling in the beauty of these experiences, and letting them inspire you to be the most positive version of YOU.

What would happen if. you approached each day intentionally, with a positive attitude? What would happen if you you embraced life’s. challenges with a. smile on your face? What would happen if you surrounded yourself with people who made you better? What would happen if you paused long enough to appreciate it all?

Livong a positive life is all about creating positive habits to help you focus on what truly matters. This is the secret of super positive people . here are 9 simple ideas to help you follow in their footsteps:

  1. Wake up every morning with the idea that something wonderful is possible today.
  2. Celebrate your existence.
  3. Appreciate life’s perfect moments.
  4. Embrace life’s challenges.\
  5. Live and breath the truth.
  6. Fill your own bucket.
  7. Become addicted to constant and never-ending self improvement.
  8. Help the people around you smile.
  9. Spend time with positive people.

Lets move on to the quotes and music:

One of the greatest philosophers of the last and this centuroes.

There are 7 billion I Am’s hanging out there on this planet. Enjoy each others company.

Or followers of Peter Sages mindset training.

What is your favourite colour of the rainbow?

Thats you Joan is talking about.

Some of my favourite song-lines.

Faith not organised patriarchal religion.

What connects you, do you have rainbow. children in your life?

I am feeling that through Peter’s I Am technology.

Is this in the Mastery stage, Peter?

I have seen a triple rainbow in my life, I felt extremely lucky, I did not find the pot of gold.

love native wisdom, it is so eternal.

Finally, rainbows are too remind you to stay strong.

Finally a gift from our country to yours, sing along people.

Back to me, I used to make my money from writing koans aka slogans, I only use two of them these days: Love and Respect for All, Everybody Included and its up to me, because we can, Its our time. We need Peters definition of wealth: An abundance of gratitude more and more these days. These blogs are for an abundance of possibility.

Until next time, my dear readers in 160 counties, thank you for your stand for possibility.

Who Am I?

You may have never heard the name Peter Sage, but believe me it is worth your time to do some research om who this man is and his inspiring mind mastery 12 month training. i met Peter in a strange way. I do online free summits, sleep deprivation, health improvement and wealth summits, all free of course. There was a Wealth Summit coming out of South Africa with Deepak. Chopra and jack Cornfield as the celebrities. I never thought the Age pensioner, with a $1.33 bank balance would meet a billionaire Grant Cardone and Peter, a multi millionaire , both of who I had never heard of.before I mistakenly spent two days commenting to the host and panellists.

As all good summits we were offered thousands of dollars worth of training for minimal amounts and I knew after hearing Peter that I would change my financial circumstances to find the US $49 a month because his simple but powerful distinctions were what I had been looking for all of my 68 years, having spent $100,000 on some of the most esoteric training available.

One of the many distinctions was around who was I as my life was made up of labels. I am Rod, I am 68, I write blogs and I make chai for ecstatic dances., but what would I say after I am? Here is my go at it: I am an Interculturalist, my ethos in life is Love and Respect for all, Everybody Included because It’s up to us, Because we can, it’s our time.

Time for some Marc and Angel wisdom:

1.Spend more time with those who make you smileand less with thosewho you feel pressured to impress.

2.Laugh at stupid jokes, Apologise, Tell someone how much they mean to you, Its the small moments that make life grand.

3. Life is way more enjoyable when you stop trying to be cool and simply focus on being yourself.

4. Complaining is like slapping yourself for slapping yourself. It doesn’t solve the problem, It just hurts you. more.

5. Learn to adjust the sails of your life to unpredictable lwinds, while keeping your focus clear on your destination and keep sailing until you get there.

6. Freedom is the greatest gift. Self-sufficiency is the greatest freedom.

7. If you want something in your life you’ve never had, You’ll have to do something you’ve never done.

8. Your health is your life, keep up with it. Get an annual check-up.

9. Living a life of honesty creates peace of mind, and peace of mind is priceless. Period, Don’t be dishonest and don’t put up with people who are.

10. Forgiving yourself is far more important (and difficult) than getting others to forgive you.

11. There are few joys in life that equal a good conversation, a good read, a good walk, a good hug, a good smile, or a good friend.

12. Laughter is the best medicine for stress. Laugh at yourself often. Find the humour in whatever situation you are in.

13. Everything that happens in life is nether good nor bad. It just depends on your perspective.

14. You’re not alone. Everyone has problems. Some people are just better at hiding them than others.

If you are interested in the work of marc and Angel Chernoff here is the link to their site: https://www.marcandangel.com/

The last line is important, if they do that, run and don’t look back.

With the light, you have been through the dark as well, they travel together.

You can only fit in by being you.

It is always enough, stop chasing being someone else.

With being yourself comes beauty and gratitude, nice.

Over to you, home boys and gorls.

One of the rockabilly greats.

POTUS Abraham Lincoln stated true to himself, lost often, then became the most powerful man in the world, unfortunately we shot him.

https://youtu.be/D2ZZSOtijeU

Actually we all are, Own it , dear people

Thanks to Peter Sage, I am getting there.

And I am colourful.

All is welcome in I Am.

Typo I think, leads should be lets.

I want to be me, what was that classic song from back in the day.

So on this journey of deleting the labels, I have had some interesting conversations. I told one woman at a party, I was not an easy conversation, because I did not put party faces on and would she like to walk home in the rain and I would give her the best yoni massage she had ever had. She looked at me strangely , pit her party face on and left very quickly, maybe next time.

I love this concept of deleting all labels and just hanging out in I Am, it takes commitment and your identity hangs on with a viciousness you would not believe.

I am an Interculturalist: Love and Respect for All, Everybody Included because its up to us, Because we can, its our time.

Until next time , my beloved readers in 160 countries out there in possibility land.

Don’t listen to GOOP!!!

I have had an interesting year, Met a billionaire and multi millionaire. Dropped 20K I could not really afford, and been locked up as an involuntary patient in a mental health unit as consequences of the first two things for four weeks, Once in, it is not so easy to get out.

I , through these mistakes, learnt a lot, including the acronym GOOP, the Good Opinion of Other People and the deadly effect it has on you achieving your dreams. I thank Peter Sage, the creator of this distinction for altering how life occurs for me now.

I also am enquiring into two other distinctions,Your opinion is not the truth, Ever and Listen, you do not learn when you are speaking.. The opinion one was described to me in the following manner: Opinion lives on one side of the Universe and truth the other. our task, this time in , is to align them as closely as possible. Unfortunately most humans give up at a very early age on this quest, this is when cinversation dies. His Holiness I credit the third one to, one of my favourite wise men. Do you think he was on a camel that night in Bethlehem?

Time for a Marc and Angel list, this time it is called 20 ways to create million dollar ideas, here we go

  1. Generate lots of ideas
  2. Fail a Lot
  3. Consume information Consciously
  4. Focus on topics and ideas with large markets
  5. Make sure there is money in your market
  6. Keep your eyes, ears and mind wide open
  7. Test variations of the same idea.
  8. Figure out what works well in one market and tailor it for another.
  9. Put the pieces together
  10. Spin a new twist on a previous breakthrough
  11. Systematise a popular service into a reproducale product.
  12. Play with Opposites.
  13. Look for problems and solve them.
  14. Design other products that supportother successful products.
  15. Keep it simple.
  16. Use the tools and skills you already have.
  17. Surround yourself with other thinkers.
  18. Be enthusiastic about what you are doing.
  19. Accept constructive criticism, but ignore naysayers
  20. Actually do something with your ideas.

Do you do this, I’m not great at it, i am a “nice person”

The famous the five we spend time with covered here.

Spend your time with the one or two, I am very bad at this.

Most relationship advice is GOOP< you know that already.

oopers don’t like this behaviour, they think you are weak, we know better.

A POTUS.

How many in your circle, fuck them off.

I like these women, they rock.

The blame game sucks, big time.

Self explanatory!!!

What are you animal spirits, have you learnt the lesson?

hut the fuck up, get on with it.

Nike – Just Do It!!!

Edmund Hillary, I think. I’m showing. my age knowing hisname, forst non Sherpa to climb Everest.

All the songs are what came up when I put in my word is the truth songs, there are a lot out there.

Time for Rod’s Words. Interculturalism – Love and respect for All, Everybody Included. Why we do what we do: It’s up to us, because we can, it’s our time. I used to make a side hustle writing koans, these are my favourite two. Thanks Peter Sage for a new possibility at 68. I tell everybody.

Until we meet again, my Blog fans. in 160 countries.

Wow or from the Heart?

Over the holiday break, I have been pondering that deep philosophical question? When a friend posts their shiny new image should you reply with Wow or the must more malleable Heart image? Much scientific study has been done on this matter over the short time that Facebook has been in existence. I believe there is a Stanford research paper on the matter that went on for over two years, just kidding, that was me taking the piss.

I am returning to my fourteen quotes, seven-song format, because that is what I know works. I think I will throw in a Marc and Angel list for good measure because they provide such great value, just got to go and grab the book, I will be back in a second.

So we will start with a little bit of Self Love advice from my dear friends:

  1. I am fighting hard for the things I most want.
  2. I am taking action now.
  3. I am focusing on the next positive step.
  4. I am proud to wear my truth.
  5. I have a lot to smile about.
  6. I am making the best of it.
  7. I am letting go of yesterday’s stress.
  8. There is enough time today to do something I love.
  9. I am priceless in someone’s eyes
  10. It’s not too late.

Thank you Marc and Angel over there in Florida. If you wish to you can support them by purchasing 1000+ Little Things, Happy Successful People do Differently and Getting Back to Happy. They can be found on LifeHack.

1, We all remember our first experience of this.

Who doesn’t love a kiss first thing in the morning, be it human or our dearly belov.

I am still a fan of the Wow,

I’m playing a game with my Facebook Group at the end of the month. The Group is Called Conscious Community Melbourne. We are going to post our three goals for the year, and then make three requests to the community. In the end, you make three offers to the community. The rule is, no money is allowed to exchange hands: Heart not the wallet.

.

A little bet of Self Love goes a long way.

My hell is actually you pull up to the gates, and enter into a barefoot lawn bowls club, and the only entertainment is 24-hour drum circles.

Well, we did not really answer the question in the negative or the positive, I will always be a fan of the Wow. This is where you get to read Rod’s ethos of Interculturalism: Love and Respect for All, Everyone Included and a request to donate to the ASRC. Drop across to the website and we take all denominations.

Namaste, until we meet again. Its seems I have retuned to my two blogs a week.

What happened to Rod and his words.

I used to religiously write two blogs a week, that is how I got to over 700 blogs and 4,000,000 words on possibility and being read in 160 of the 194 countries across the planet.

Let’s go back to January 3, 2022. Why is that date significant? That is when I wrote my last blog. I had a crazy thought that nobody was reading my words even though empirical evidence showed this to be untrue.

I have sat in front of my keyboard many times and nada.

I have just completed my dear friend Clare Elizabeth Dea’s Love and Money course. One result out of it I did not expect was to get my words back, but I frigging did.

I like celebrations so I will write my first official blog on January 3, 2023.

Until then here is a quote and a song to get back in practice..

Imagination belongs to hope. It’s the creative dance of possibility

SHARON WEIL

Here’s a song about possibility:

So I’ll see all of you, my friends across the planet on January 3, 2023.

Passion-play, What lights you Up!!!

We have arrived at that time of the year, The First of the First, and we play the New Year Resolution game. I changed it several years ago to the Passion game. I ask myself this group of questions:

  1. What will you never give up on?
  2. What activities make you lose track of time?
  3. What fascinates you?
  4. What’s something you would do every day if you could?
  5. At what time in your recent past have you felt most passionate and alive?
  6. Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?
  7. What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? What’s holding you back?
  8. What is something you would hate to go without for a day?
  9. Would you rather have less work to do, or more work you actually enjoy doing?
  10. What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?

How do you describe passion? 1. A strong feeling or emotion: He spoke with passion. 2. an object of someone’s love, liking, or desire: Art is my passion. 3. strong liking or desire: love. She has a passion for music.

Passion is actually derived from an Ancient Greek word: πάσχω “to suffer, to be acted on so there have been many a quote on the subject, here are a few over time:

1,

1. How can you place a price tag on passion?

2. From the fastest man in the world at his time, Donovan relates that work comes with passion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8QJmI_V3j4&list=PLuDyQHg9f0ty3NsEZTGuz_PclKIruw6l7&index=33

3. Best known for discovering the wreck of the Titanic when looking for lost nuclear weapons, Robert says it’s about your life, not others.

4. Your passion is not for others, that’s your purpose: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmWBrN7QV6Y&list=PLhXQhpqBNAYsiwGQ6e4rxgbQ0gGVfKZ2u&index=10

5. Then we must always have Oprah’s take on it.

6. Then included in a good passion cake is a modicum of love: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwgr_IMeEgA&list=PLhXQhpqBNAYsiwGQ6e4rxgbQ0gGVfKZ2u&index=15

7. Purpose follows passion, find the former and the latter will follow.

8. Many Passionate choices here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_8ydghbGSg&list=PLhXQhpqBNAYsiwGQ6e4rxgbQ0gGVfKZ2u&index=18

9. Considered the leader most responsible for the Allied victory in WW1 Foch believed that a strong heart won battles not a well trained army.

10. Passion from the start will see you stick it out to the end: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMpFmHSgC4Q&list=PLhXQhpqBNAYsiwGQ6e4rxgbQ0gGVfKZ2u&index=2

11. All the greats placed passion first then went through the purpose and plans to accomplish their ideas.

12. Passion resides in your heart, not your head: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dW6SkvErFEE&list=PLhXQhpqBNAYsiwGQ6e4rxgbQ0gGVfKZ2u&index=6

13. The great Maya Angelou includes passion, along with compassion, humour and style in her life’s mission.

14. The Chief Operating Officer of Meta/Facebook also insists that as part of your passion there must be contribution included: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvI9PuGorwI&list=PLhXQhpqBNAYsiwGQ6e4rxgbQ0gGVfKZ2u&index=19

15. The CEO of Linkedin India closes our session with a profound station on passion.

Inside our passion, we must Think Deeply, Speak Gently, Love Lots, Laugh Often, Work Hard, Give Back, Expect Less, Be Present, Be Kind, Be Honest and Be True to Ourselves. Remember we hold the passion, the others are just our aides.

Today’s playlist is passionate and from the heart: We begin with Sade followed by Lady Gaga. Next is Anda Day, then Demi Lovato. Hailee Steinfeld is the song before the penultimate number by Mumford and Sons and we complete with Rachel Platten; enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJlQ3F9bKYrsRhCOQtEKTUMGpA53C4NID

I am passionate about Interculturalism, I have created an ethos for it: Love and Respect for All, Everybody Included. I have two Facebook groups to spread the ethos around the world: https://www.facebook.com/groups/183421768519278: Interculturalism and https://www.facebook.com/groups/1126100227764949: Thriving People – People who wish to make a difference to humanity. What you tell your younger self!!!

Have you ever written yourself advice in the past or the future. I have done both several times at different periods in my life, the first being in our counter-culture English teachers class in High School. I came across a list a friend wrote recently and feel it has some great advice as it was written around the same time in his life. It was for his future self to his younger self.

  1. Your thirties, forties and fifties won’t feel like your thirties, forties and fifties.
  2. Bad things will happen to you and your friends.
  3. Everyone can make a huge difference.
  4. First impressions aren’t all they’re cracked up to be.
  5. Big results come when you narrow your focus.
  6. Love yourself. Become your own priority.
  7. Sometimes you just have t go for it.
  8. In order to get, you have to give.
  9. Not much is worth fighting about.
  10. Don’t try to impress everyone.
  11. Keep having fun.
  12. Keep it simple.
  13. Little things stick with you.
  14. Keep your opinions to yourself.
  15. Manage your time.
  16. Manage your money.
  17. What you learn in school does matter.
  18. Dreams will remain dreams forever if you don’t take action.

What he did different was he interviewed his father who at the time was in his early 50’s. So what have we as a human race said about sage advice for the future, let’s have a look:

1. Three values for a bright, bright future.

2. Mahatma used this ethos to free a country for foreign rule: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RYNED5p2EY

3. If we do this every day we will have a lot of personal gratitude in our lives.

4. How’s the book of your life coming along: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1d4r9awjKE&list=PL0msuI7SJDFfd2BRR9rOYWF5X9NGlcVXW

5. And Serena is one of a few people who would have the money to even consider this.

6. Make mistakes, this is what you learn from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6rP-YP4c5I

7. Written by the famous Ms Anon, this fits with if you never lie you don’t have to remember anything.

8. Haven’t included a quote by a POTUS for a while, this is a great one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqolSvoWNck

9. To be great you will have to go in every direction, some that even you may not give yourself permission.

10. The future is really up to you to create, so do it well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dm9Zf1WYQ_A

11. If you do good deeds throughout your life, you will not need campaigns, etc, etc.

12. Hard to believe the wisdom of Forrest Gump is 30 years old: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0yFOupUkKQ&list=PLq_6wXJhooZNrHqOq-PLaEQ-VFpgtNc4V&index=14

13. Evangelist Billy Graham talks a lot about faith, this quote is very poignant.

14. Take the suggestions but begin the journey: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vP4iY1TtS3s

15. What are you writing for yours?

So this made me think about advice my parents had given me over the years and the times I ignored them. As my friend said, looking back they were right most of the time. This is one of the gifts of eldership.

For today’s playlist we begin with one of my favourite Australian singer/songwriters Anne McCue. Then the second Elvis, Elvis Costello. Three fine female singers follow: Shakira, Marilyn Monroe and Billie Ellish. The penultimate song is a 60’s classic by Scott McKenzie and we finish with Martin Luther King: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJlQ3F9bKYrt4bcuSvPP1abdV9OUkpqgs

Supporting, guiding and making contributions to other people is one of life’s greatest rewards. Everything you do comes around. Who knows what our futures will be, all I know that mine will include spreading Love and Respect for All, Everybody Included. I have set the plan in place through my two Facebook groups: Thriving People – People who wish to make a difference to humanity: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1126100227764949 and Interculturalism: https://www.facebook.com/groups/183421768519278. You are cordially invited to join one or both of these groups as the more supporting this ethos the merrier.

Until we meet again, my dear friends.

Do you listen to your Heart or your Head?

I had a coaching session with my friend Lou today and as per usual she asked me what was showing up and what would I like to work on today. We have been in lock-down for over 200 days in my state of Victoria in the last year and I was feeling it today so I stated that I felt a little empty inside especially in my hands. We did some exercises and I noticed that I was forming fists of anger instead of contacting my heart to resolve the issue of what was having me feel this way.

When do we go in the direction of our heads ILO our hearts to resolve matters of the body. Often I do it when life has pushed me over, when really it’s time to stand up and push back even harder. Where there is a fork in the road and choices to make, make the ones your future self will thank you for. Today, start:

  1. Choosing you.
  2. Appreciating what you have.
  3. Believing in yourself and your dreams.
  4. Being positive.
  5. Taking action.
  6. Letting go.
  7. Picking yourself back up.
  8. Ignoring negative people.
  9. Staying in touch with close friends and family.
  10. Making time for fun.
  11. Spreading love and kindness.
  12. Being the change you want to see in the world.

So what has society said about listening to the heart over the centuries, let’s have a look:

1. Advice Pocahontas gave to the invaders of her land.

2. A woman who could live this life in the face of much controversy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1o9rLDCfO6o

3. It won’t matter after you escape, because we will have passed on to another pathway.

4. Some of my great moments live in this realm: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCC_b5WHLX0

5. Very practical advice.

6.Tres Cute piece of heart advice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eh44QPT1mPE

7. Bold, Brave and Strong, such worthy attributes in life.

8. Bryant McGill is a human potential thought leader, international bestselling author, activist, and social entrepreneur. He is one of the world’s top social media influencers reaching a billion people a year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oa7PUQAQ3zo

9. There is a right way to listen, this explains it well.

Day 200, and its not over!!!

Last Thursday in my home town of Preston, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia we reached a notable breakthrough. It was 200 days we have been in Lockdown since the start of the pandemic, number six in fact with short breaks in between. You could let this take you on a deep ride of despair or contemplate what your new future will be after the light has returned..

So how do you find strength in hard times It is these losses that make us stronger and eventually move us toward future opportunities for growth and happiness. here are some thoughts to get through this stage:

  1. You are not what happened to you in the past.
  2. Focus on what you have, not on what you don’t.
  3. Struggling with problems is a natural part of growing.
  4. It’s OK to fall apart for a little while.
  5. Life is fragile, sudden, and shorter than it often seems.
  6. Emotionally separate yourself from your problems.
  7. Don’t make a problem bigger than it is.
  8. View every challenge as an educational assignment.
  9. Things change, but the sun always rises the next day.
  10. Giving up and moving on are two different things.
  11. Perfect relationships don’t exist.
  12. You must love yourself too.
  13. Don’t let others make decisions for you.
  14. Resentment hurts you, not them.
  15. Consciously nurture your inner hope.
  16. It’s better to be hurt by the truth than comforted by a lie.
  17. Not getting what you want can be a blessing.
  18. Laughter is the best medicine for stress.
  19. Worrying is literally a waste of energy.
  20. Even when it’s hard to move, take small steps forward.
  21. You are better off without some people you thought you needed.
  22. You are only competing against yourself.
  23. Life is not easy.
  24. Your future is unwritten.
  25. You are not trapped, you just need to relearn a few things.
  26. Everything in life is two-sided.
  27. You always have a choice.
  28. Let others in when you’re in a dark place.
  29. If you ask negative questions, you will get negative answers.
  30. The end is a new beginning.

As Lockdown is a relatively new term in our vocabulary comments made on it come from our current time, but there are people who have come up with some classics, let’s have a look:

1.Dolly is like a walking quotesayer.

15. And we finish with a quote by the famous Ms. Unknown.

Spend your time wisely today and pause long enough to appreciate it. Every moment you get is a gift. Don’t waste time by dwelling on the past. Spend it on things that move you in the direction of your future.
